THINGS TO KNOW
Our Registered Massage Therapists are governed by a regulated Massage Association within Canada and are recognized by all Group Insurers.
Our therapists advance their knowledge and skills with on-going training in various modalities such as hot stone, cupping and prenatal. We suggest your book with various therapists to find the one right for you!
Please be sure to disclose all health conditions and fully complete the massage intake. Your therapist will provide an assessment and go over the intake with you. If during your treatment, you realize you forgot important health information, please inform your therapist immediately.
Clearly communicate your concerns and expectations to ensure the treatment is most beneficial! You are provided full privacy when changing, and are discreetly draped at all times. Warmed 100% coconut oil is used along with fleece sheets. Please make us aware of any allergies.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Your treatment will be terminated immediately with a full payment required.

Our estheticians are fully certified in all the services they provide, and use top of the line products to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
Some services do require a signed waiver prior to treatment.
We are fully compliant with Government of Alberta Covid-19 protocols. If you have flu/cold symptoms, please delay your visit until fully recovered. Clients are not required to wear masks while receiving treatment. If you prefer to wear a mask please bring one to your treatment.
Please arrive up to five minutes early to ensure you receive the entire duration of your treatment and to complete any necessary paperwork and waivers. Please be sure that all health history is complete, to ensure all modifications for contraindications can be made
for your health and safety.
Any conditions or concerns that are deemed unfit for treatment will result in immediate termination of the treatment and doctors consent will be required for further bookings.
We require 12 hours notice for any changes or cancellations and without proper notice 100% of the fee is owing. Voicemail is accepted 24/7 for any changes or cancellations. Massage clients should note that we cannot charge your insurance company for missed appointments. We accept debit, cash, E-transfer, and all
major credit cards for payment.
Prices include GST and are subject to change. Gratuities are not included in the service price. All gift cards and gift certificates are non refundable and have no cash value.

any lost or stolen items.
CHILDREN AND MINORS
Our clients come to Spoiled Rotten to rest and relax. Children are not permitted in the clinic unless they are receiving services.
Children can receive certain treatments in addition to massage! Join our newsletter or check out our services for more information. Some services may have age restrictions which will be specified when booking with reception as well as included in our services tabs. A child is considered to be anyone under the age of 18 years. If you book your child in for a massage please keep in mind all children must have written parental or guardian consent on the waivers before they receive treatment. This is a one time occurrence for our records but is mandatory with no exceptions. If your child or yourself feel more comfortable, the parent or guardian may be in the room during the massage or treatment they are receiving.
UNRIVALED CLIENT CARE
We endeavor to be your choice for Massage and Estethics. We have a full time reception team to take your phone call, respond to your email or social media message. They will re-book you after your treatment, take payment as well as processing direct billing to your Group Insurer. To maintain tranquility for our clients, we ask that all cell phones be turned off upon arrival. Treatment rooms are spacious, well ventilated and tastefully decorated with many sound proofing steps in place. Our building has central air conditioning for clients comfort during those hot months!
People often say we think of everything and we definitely try! We provide hair ties, feminine hygiene products, make-up wipes and more. Bottled water is also given after every treatment! During cold weather leave your FOB with our reception team and we will command start your vehicle and have it warmed up before you leave!
